Sketchbook is Alexia Abegg’s latest collection and possibly my favourite of any she has ever done. She let us into her process this time painting textures by hand, cutting shapes from paper and pulling bits and pieces from her personal sketchbooks. She said she wanted the prints to be “Thematically open minded so the sewer could create their own stories”. All of us in the shop responded to the mix of scale and the simple, earthy and gorgeous colour palette.

Spark– These prints will look quite different depending on what you use them for. Leave them large for a garment and get movement, and a looseaccessible feeling, or cut them up for a quilt and create beautiful contrasts and interesting shapes and colour combinations.

Please note that all fabric is sold in 1/2 yard increments. If you want 1 yard, please order a quantity of 2. If you want 2 yards, you will need to order a quantity of 4.
