Sew your own swimming suit with this modest bathing suit pattern that keeps you covered but is fitted enough to let you swim freely.

Pattern includes instructions how to make a shelf bra insert, attached leggings, and a lightly gathered sarong skirt with a knotted tie. Bathing suit will be stretchy.

Materials needed:

• Use 4-way stretch swimsuit fabric that’s 80% nylon, 20% spandex for best results. (See chart below for the yardage needed)
• 100% nylon fabric for lining
• Poly laminated foam fabric for cups
• Elastic that’s designed for bathing suits
